Students should be in school uniform on all school days, functions, Picnic, study tour etc.
    All communications should be addressed to the PRINCIPAL.
    Students should reach the school at least 10 Minutes before the fixed time for assembly.
    Any change in address/phone number of the parents/guardians should be immediately communicated through the school diary.
    Students should keep the school compound and walls neat and clean.
    Students must maintain perfect discipline in the school .
    Students should carry their identity card, school diary to school on all working days.
    If any student damage school property, he/she have to pay for the loss.
    Students are not allowed to bring books/Magazines and other articles etc, other than their text books and necessary note books without the permission of the class teacher/Principal.
    No subscription for any purpose can be raised without the permission of the principal.
    Students should not bring valuable articles/excess Money to the school. The school is not responsible for goods lost in the school.
    Students must obey the House leaders, Class Monitors, and other Senior leaders on in charge duty.
    Students must maintain silence as far as possible. No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school.
    Teasing fellow students or quarreling with them is strictly forbidden.
    Free time is to be utilized for self study.
    Class wise parents meet is organized once a month on every 4TH Saturday between 9AM to 11 AM. Other programmes on parenting and study circle are arranged regularly.
    Attendance in all tests/examinations is compulsory.
    Work experience, art education, moral education are equally important like other academic subjects.
    No students should leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of PRINCIPAL / VICE PRINCIPAL.
    All school fees must be paid on or before (1oth of current month). Fine will be charged for each late payment.
    Students who are absent for any reason from the class must come with a leave application from their parents stating the cause of absence. The application should be given to through the class teacher to PRICIPAL/VICE PRICIPAL.
    When the school is in session, no guardian is allowed to meet their kid inside the class room.
    For promotion to next higher class, the minimum percentage is 40% required in aggregate.
    if need, School authorities , office personnel, parents may contact to school over office phone only in between 8 AM to 2 PM.

APPEAL TO PARENTS

Parents/ Guardians are requested to ensure the followings for the best interest of their children.

    Check the school bag regularly Ensure that the child brings school diary, identity card, necessary books, note books and writing materials etc according to the school time table only.
    Check the school diary of the student regularly for any notice, homework, assignments given from school.
    Apply for leave and fill in diary if the child will be absent from school.
    Bring to the notice of principal in case of any problem of the child.
    Attend the meetings, workshops for parents in the school.
    As the medium of instruction in the school is English, so encourage your kid for the habit of reading English newspaper, magazines, English news bulletin, interview etc. in electronic media.
    Ensure to acknowledge & co operate when an interaction note/circular given .
    Don't send your kid to school if they suffer from any infectious diseases till the inflection period is over and report the fact to class teacher/principal immediately.
    Discourage your kid for carrying costly things/excess money to school.
    Visit to school For interaction with the PRINCIPAL for the progress of child in between 10 AM to 12 Noon ( Tuesday, Thursday only)
    Guide and assist regularly to your kid in doing their home work.
    Encourage the child to participate in school activities & competitions. any small piece of good work done at home and report it to school.
    Do not send junk foods, non vegetarian foods in the Tiffin box. It is better to send vegetarian healthy homemade food only.
    Check personal hygiene like trimming of nails, time to time hair cutting, clean and polish shoes regularly, clean and ironed uniform, have a balanced diet .
