The school academic year has two terms. Term-I (April to September), and Term - II (October to March). Test will be conducted at regular intervals as per schedule below. Open houses for parents after each evaluation. Parent teacher meeting (PTM ) will be held to discuss about child's performance. Every report must be signed by the parent and returned by the students to the class teacher the day after it is given to the student to be countersigned by their parents. Evaluation is continuous process and plays a vital role to develop the ability of student through several tests in the form of periodic test and summative test spread throughout academic year as per the system of CBSE . The child's performance will be taken into account at the time of promotion. Assement in scholastic subjects like English, Hindi, odia, mathematics, EVS/Science, social Science, Urdu, Computer, Gk Etc. In the co-scholastic subjects like work education, Art education, Health and physical education & Discipline marks will be followed by (3-POINT) grades. ( EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, GOOD) Evaluation System Students from class-I to Class-VIII have to appear two Periodic Tests and Half yearly / TERM-I and ANNUAL/ TERM-II examination in one academic session.
